The Grace of Fasting The youth of our church take us through what it means to fast and why the Coptic church spends so much of the year in fasting in prayer. Prepare for each fast by stepping out into the wilderness with Christ and inheriting the grace He gives to those who fast honestly and sincerely. God bless!
